CVS Australia has welcomed Ripley Veterinary Hospital into its family. It is the 30th practice to join the group within just 18 months.

Former owner Dr. Andrew Hemming will remain with the surgery as Clinical Director, continuing to lead his team of vets, nurses and support staff. Ripley Veterinary Hospital is located in the thriving suburb of Greater Ipswich, Brisbane.

Ripley Veterinary Hospital is a companion animal general practice site which provides outstanding clinical services – from preventative healthcare to soft tissue, orthopaedic and ocular surgery.

The practice was purpose built to an extremely high standard with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. This includes two modern operating theatres, a dental suite, a laboratory, digital x-ray and ultrasound, three consultation rooms and a spacious client and pet reception area.

Founded in 2018, the surgery and its colleagues are multi-award winning. They have achieved AVA accredited Veterinary Hospital of Excellence status and are an AVA Employer of Choice. The practice also focuses on professional development and growth opportunities, providing both external programs and internal mentoring and coaching.

Me and my dedicated team are committed to providing exceptional full-service small animal care. We founded Ripley Veterinary Hospital for pet lovers to create a high quality and relaxed place for all their animal’s health needs. We also want to create a positive work environment and have a passion for training and mentoring a new generation of vets and veterinary nurses - the future of our profession. So we are pleased to join CVS Australia as we know that they strongly believe in the same vision and values as we do.”
